Three menus, side by side. All done well.

A 60-seat indoor restaurant and outdoor lawn dining. Open seven days a week, 7 AM to 10 PM. Walk-in for residents, reservations recommended for non-residents at dinner.

The kitchen

Chef Ramesh, eighteen years at the stove.

Our kitchen is run by Chef Ramesh, who’s been at the resort for eighteen years. He came up through the Himachali side of the menu — Dham, Sidu, Sepu Vadi, Madra — and over the years built up the Continental and North Indian sections to match. We don’t do a “fusion” menu. We do three menus side by side, all done well.

Most of our produce is local. Apples and apricots from the orchards within five kilometres. Trout from the Pabbar river two valleys over, delivered same-day. Mushrooms from the foragers in Theog. Imported items — olive oil, parmesan, a few wines — are clearly labelled. Vegetarian, Jain, gluten-free, and halal needs are all handled with six hours’ notice.
