A wedding timeline that actually works.

We can run a one-day wedding or a six-day one. This is the rhythm we recommend for the average 150-guest celebration.

Day 01
Arrivals · Mehndi · Sangeet.

Guests check in by 2 PM. Welcome high tea on the lawn. Mehndi at the Pine Forest Glade (5 PM). Sangeet at the Grand Ballroom (8 PM onwards).

Day 02
Haldi · Pheras · Reception.

Haldi at the Mountain View Terrace (11 AM). Lunch. Pheras at the Lawn Mandap (5 PM, sunset). Reception at the Grand Ballroom (8 PM onwards).

Day 03
Brunch & departure.

Family brunch on the lawn (10 AM). Couple’s spa session (optional). Guests check out by 4 PM. Couple stays for an extra honeymoon night.

How much does a destination wedding in Shimla cost?
₹10–15 lakhs for an intimate budget wedding (up to 50 guests). ₹20–35 lakhs for a 100–200 guest celebration. ₹40 lakhs+ for a luxury 200+ guest affair with imported decor and full multi-day events.
What’s the best time of year for a wedding in Shimla?
March–June and September–November for outdoor pheras and pleasant weather. December 15 – February 15 for snow. Avoid July–September because of heavy rain.
Can we do an outdoor wedding in winter?
Yes, with a heated mandap setup. We provide outdoor heaters, blankets for guests, and a backup indoor venue in case of unexpected snowfall.
Do you provide in-house catering?
Yes. Multi-cuisine menus — Himachali, North Indian, Continental, Chinese, South Indian. Customisable for vegetarian, Jain, halal, and gluten-free needs.
How far in advance should we book?
6–12 months for peak season (Oct–Dec, March–May). 3–6 months for off-season. Saturday peak-season dates often go 12 months out.
Can guests stay on-site?
Yes. We have 90 rooms across 7 categories. Full property buyout is available for weddings of 150+ guests.
Do you arrange the priest, baraat horse, and ceremonies?
Yes — through our local panel of vendors. Pricing is shared upfront, no markup.
