Separate the room quote from any event quote

If an event is offered, ask for the confirmed programme, setting, timing, guest eligibility and what admission includes. Ask whether any event or meal charge is compulsory for hotel guests and how it applies to children. Do not infer a public event, a DJ, a bonfire or entertainment from an old article.
