What actually decides your night is where you sleep, not what is printed on the package. If you want the crowd, the countdown on the Ridge and the walk back to your room, stay in Shimla town. If you want snow underfoot, a bonfire and a quiet valley, stay up on the Kufri ridge and drive down for the evening if you want the crowd for an hour.
